yup ... its finally Friday...
do you have rituals to perform on a Friday ? are you glad or super glad it's Friday!!! what do you look forward to doing on a Friday ?? questions questions???? pour your heart out ..lets know what happens on your Friday .. personally , I take it nice and slow on a Friday and I always have a burger and fries for dinner .... its one habit I have had for years ! oh! i make all that in my kitchen ..the meal has evoled as far as taste is concerned!!! |

Yeah it's Friday....
I long for the weekends to spend time with my family, extended family and friends.... these days it has been reduced to virtual meets, mostly and sadly! Friday nights are lovely! I have the luxury of not having to wake up early in the morn'.... though I can't stay put in bed till late, anyway! But the thought that I am not forced to is in itself reassuring! Weekends are when I can escape from the madding crowd, with my cameras... Yeah, it is a Friday... |

Me? I look forward to sleeping til noon on Saturdays.
Oh, wait, I work nights. I sleep til noon every day. Vacuuming the rug? Yeah, that's a good thing about Fridays. It's vacuum the rug day. |

Well, since I don't work it should be a day like all others, but it isn't. Somehow that feeling that we've all been raised with -having the weekend off, whether from school or work- never goes away.
There's a specific beautiful feel to Friday that for instance Monday won't ever have. But I do not have a ritual. I don't have rituals for any day. I do admit it is a bit different when you have a partner that works. |

Fridays are the same as any other day to me, since the pandemic started......sitting in front of the computer, working. Looking forward to the day when I can do something other than work all weekend!

Howdy Slim...Friday?...what's that?...
since retiring, everyday feels like a Saturday or Sunday...the calendar gets ignored most days... A morning of Jaczzi for a half hour is the daily ritual; otherwise, I await the devil delivering me some surprise dance tunes throughout the day...hahaha...dealing with the unknown keeps me on my toes... ahhhh...feels good watching the rat race from the sidelines..."comeon human #3426578, that blue rat is a tricky little devil"!!... |

I cannot tell a Friday from a Sunday, retirement does that for you,
specially with a mate that has Fridays/Saturdays off, I am always confused. |
