It can be explained, yes, but then it's like explaining what the clouds & sky look like to a blind person. It will still be a description only until you experience it yourself.

Buy a good book that has plural scenes telling what it feels like in great detail, right until the moment supreme, from both female AND male perspective.
When I had my then partner read it he said, "Holy crap, it's like you got a dick yourself!".
Which I don't of course, 100% woman here, but it was that accurate in describing how it feels for a man to have sex.
Very detailed, at the same time classy.
