I just got home from school on teh Bus in miami, and this puerto rican guy was drunk and buging people on the bus he threatned to take my phone and this guy stood up and was about to kick his ass, omg he reaches for my phone so i pulled it away then he starts talking **** i stand up i put my ipod and phone in my back pack he throws a punch i grabbed his arm and i almost broke it , but i didnt want to hurt the guy, and he had alot more muscle than me lol. but i let him go and the cops came and got him cus the bus driver locked the doors and he couldnt get out lol

well im not that strong i have some mucle, but its mainly leverage if someone throws a straight punch at u all u have to do is grab his/her arm, turn around put it over ur shoulder and pull down the leverage of ur weight will break the arm lol just a friendly tip
