thank god for this video.lol it has been hard for some people to understand what's going on around the world but this will help you. view it free at www.zeitgeistmovie.com. just remember that this producer's strong feelings about religion might hurt your feelings/brain, but it'll sink in. some religions of the past have had multiple stories/versions of their gods that change with time.(horus in particular) this producer does cherry pick the gods' characteristics that support the view that the christian religion is an adaptation or takes from some of the previous ones. this film pans your vision back so that you can see the bigger picture. we are waking up at an exponential rate. good journey

This is a true cinematic suppository. The stuff about Jesus was all lies, which have only ever been supported by two authors who weren't historians or archeologists...and one of them based his work on the other's. So you really got one, discredited source. I suspect the remainder of the film is up to that same standard.

Horus wasn't called Christ.
Horus didn't die and was resurrected three days later, according to the story, he dies everyday and is resurrected the next morning.
Horus was born in October or November, not December 25th.
Neither the story of Jesus or Horus involved three kings.

No egyptologists have found a commonality between Jesus and Horus. Look online and you will find hundreds if not thousands of websites that describe the links between Jesus and Horus...but they all use the same discredited source.

in relation to the most commonly held veiw of horus i agree as i stated in the first post on this thread..the film's creator DID cherry pick the ones from the plethora of ever evolving characteristics of the horus,mitra and dionysis to support his bias view and contempt for religions as a whole to explain how they HAVE been filled with hypocracy and lies to influence the masses. brother, im a christian and while this video did scramble my brain for a while, i have seen how the christian religion has been hijacked every since the romans decided to stop trying to kill it and use it as a polical tool. i completely agree with you that this producer fouled up our view of the the rest of the video's truth by showing such bias in the first section. most christians don't know the first thing about it's early days and developement and they will be used just like the religion itself..christ wasn't for "organised religion" because it can be so easily organised by the wrong people to lead his people astray. he is for a "personal spiritual connection" with God, through him. everybody's path is perceived differently and thus shouldnot be pigeon holed by any one group.

I dont exactly like the first part of this video either, but parts 2 and 3 do an excellent job of discribing the curent and future events of things that have and WILL happen if people dont open their eyes and decide to join together and do something about it.
