I usually date younger, but not really with any kind of conscious effort to do so. It's just pure dumb luck, but I look considerably younger than my actual age, so I tend to attract people - both date wise and friendship wise - that are younger than me; not all, but most of my friends and dates are. Although I would certainly never discount anyone for either because of their age...
