They said that most Woman would take the $200.0 dollars, and most Men would Flip the Coin. So they determined that Woman would be better Leaders, because they would make the best decisions.

 who are 'they' to say taking the $200 is the better decision. My thought was, I didn't have the $ before I flipped the coin so I'd go for it all and if I lost, I'd be no worse off than before.
