Topic: HELP! Blackberry users are down!

I see the site is back up and running fine here on my comp but it says it's still down for maintenance when I try to access from my Blackberry.
This is not just me, other Blackberry users are having the same issue. |

Have you tried clearing your browser cache on the blackberry?

Mike kc0003 is using his blackberry and when he logs in it says site down he has cleared his Cache ...and still is down
It also shows him online Yet he is not I am talking to him via blackberry

I think the issue is that the Blackberry network may cache pages on the internet, so until the cache clears, he may see the site down notice. Hopefully it should clear shortly.
Has he tried hitting refresh on his browser? I don't have a Blackberry so I'm not familiar with how the browser works on it, but maybe that would help... |
