Here in the South, a favourite supper is 'Possum, baked with Sweet Potatoes....

With the economy gettin' so bad, groceries so high, I thought my No'thn Friends might like to try this delicious dish:


The following instructions are on how to properly clean your future meal....









First, you got to get the 'Possum... That's not hard to do... You should be able to find one on the road that's been hit by a car....

If you get a live "possum, keep him/her penned up for a week, feed well to work some of the junk garbage it's been eatin' out of it's system.

Next, to clean him/her, take about 3 sheets of toilet tissue......



















Lift 'Possum's tail and wipe the anus gently until clean.

oh frannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn...guess who's invited to dinner!
