Twelve Invitations

When Jesus knew it was time
There weren't any limitations,
The Last Supper was forthcoming
He sent out twelve invitations.
He knew they would come
His disciples twelve,
He told them of His demise
In heaven He would dwell.

He sent out twelve invitations
When He beckoned His call,
When He opened up His heart
He opened it for all.
Invitations for your life
To give up all of your sin,
To follow in His footsteps
With a new life to begin.

Give Him your RSVP
By accepting Him in your heart,
You'll feel the glory of His love
If you will only start.
Accept Him today
And do as the Bible says,
Glory hallelujah
Your soul has been blessed.
