so this wed drawing is at $138 mill powerball jackpot good luck on who will continue playing what is the avg you put down on a ticket? to play this game depending on the jackpot i usually put down $3-5

...so..i go to the store and order a winning lottery ticket the clerk takes my money ..but my lottery ticket loses ..shouldn't i get a refund..after all i ordered a winning lottery ticket and since i lost ..clearly the lottery ticket was defective...i'm thinking lawsuit here...
