Some cell phones have difficulty uploading pics, try using a computer. If you don't have one, go to the public library. Good luck.

its not happening with this one picture but I can't get another one. picture same format and under 10kb

I'm not sure exactly what the cut-off point is for image filesize, but it may simply be too big.
