I had dinner with friend earlier we spoke about her foster parents she moved to austrailia five years back now here anyway she's been trying to locate a set of foster parents .
She knows last name obviously first can recall where from but have since moved house she's tryed Neighbours and foster care agency .

She's at a loss so any help would be fab
