I brought this issue to your attention and I think you should put a filter to control the double posts . I would love to post in many areas such as general....etc but I hesitate due to the double posts issue . It can not be from my site of the equation because this is the ONLY site where I get double posts and double emails . Double emails is not that of a problem as it seldom happens but it does .

I only have that problem when my internet is acting up "slow" or the site is acting up.. If things slow up and I click on post more than once b/c I think it didn't go through, I end up with a double post...

I get them all the time and it is a site problem for sure because I get them only and only in this site . If it is from my side then why do I not get them elsewhere ?. Also there is no hassle for the site to add a simple solution which is a simple filter to take care of the issue . Surely the Administration wants to improve the site for everyone .

We will probably eventually implement a guard for multiple posts, tohyup. It's not at the top of our priorities as it's not a Mingle2 issue, but it would clearly be useful to some members.

Same here, Joy. If the internet is slow and I get impatient or I think the first didn't "take" -- and I click "post" again -- it will post twice.

I never, ever have the issue unless I second guess the situation and hit "post" or enter twice.
