Free Yoga classes overlooking the Ocean are offered every Sat & Sun mornings (weather permitting) from 11am to Noon. The classes are located at the corner of Junipero & Ocean Blvd in Long Beach, under the trees. There is also a Wed morning class @ 10am.

There is percussion and sometimes other types of instruments played during practice.

Bring a Yoga mat, blanket or both. It can get warm or chilly on the bluff so be sure to dress in or bring layers.

Non metered parking is on Ocean, Junipero or 1st st.

I often bikeride or rollerblade on the beach trail afterward if any1 is interested in meeting up.
