I am sailing the Bahmas and some of the other islands this winter. Does anyone know what the rules are for visiting Cuba?

The rules have been relaxed for people that have family there.....Average Americans are still banned.....But most get around the ban by stopping in another country,first(plane travel). But I am not certain of the procedure when sailing..

Cuba: Yes rules have been relaxed if you have family.
You can go if you make a stop in another country first, like Jamacia. BUT Should you be detained in Cuba for any reason Uncle Sam wont be much help. |
