well not being one who is inclined to click on video links on a dating site i'll just stick with my love of milk and the sun and relish in an abundance of vitamin d. i'm convinced that the depletion of the ozone layer and the subsequent increase in solar radiation, hense vitamin d, along with increased methane particles from dairy farms as well as the milk obtained from happy cows is what is warding off cancer. they are not precursers to the destruction of the planet but our saviors.

Lots of correlation, no causation introduced.
Also the part regarding the studies that contradict vitamin D fighting cancer . . . CONSPIRACY!!!! "Who do you want to believe, god or the government?" Umm sir, where does any scripture mention vitamin D?

All the benefits of milk have been lost during pasteurization anyway.

What can it possibly hurt to get some vitamin D in our bodies anyway?
People can find a conspiracy in anything I think. |

You can purchase raw milk at some to the farms,daries.. But, YUK - You cant tell me those cows utters are non-bacterial ... !!! Give the pasturized milk anytime. It's still got some Vitamin D in it and other foods have it also.. I love milk - low fat or fat free is better... Chills better too. Have you had your milk today? ha, ha

I have never seen any evidence of that, I have seen videos such as this one, and sites that make these claims, and other claims regarding what it does, and many times when you look a little deeper its not really about vitamin D, its about anti science, its about anti Vaccination, its about anti government spending money on health care.

Good nutrition and getting lots of all vitamins and minerals is good for preventing cancer. And, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. There are lots of other places to get Vitamin D besides milk. I live in California so I only have to go outside for 10 minutes a day.

There was even one website I saw that claimed it cures aids . . . I agree that ads like that should not be allowed. The drug companies are not exactly trustworthy either though. Unfortunately, people tend to believe what they want to believe without doing much research for themselves. Extremes of any kind should be avoided, especially in the area of health. |
