Hi all. I sent a favorites and a separate email to someone. When I look in my sent folder, under the READ? column there is an orange check mark on the favorites and email I sent. When you move the cursor over them, they say REPLIED. What does that mean? I don't see any reply in my inbox. Please help me understand this feature.

I think that, in the "Sent" mailbox, the checkmark just means that your letter has been read.
If you see a checkmark next to an e-mail in your Inbox, that means YOU have replied to that message. I'm sure someone will be along to correct me if I'm wrong about this!

Hi Crossroads0. I am not sure about the "replied" part except that they may have named the check graphic replied. the check simply means the email has been read.
Hope this helps
*edit* Lex...you are correct |

Thanks for the prompt response. I had hoped there was a reply, but in my heart knew it probably meant read and not replied.
One can only hope.

If your looking at the mail you receive at the top it says Replied if you see a check mark next to the e-mails you received it means that you actually replied to the e-mail you received.
If you click on my account then Mail and below that click on Sent Mail then you will see at the top of the column Read if the e-mail beside the one you sent has a check mark beside it all it means is that person actually read your mail..... The only feature that actually tells you that they might have sent you and e-mail is on your main page where it says Recent Activity it may be listed there that so and so had sent you a mail. Unless you actually have and e-mail from them... Hope that helps......
Just as Lex said........ |
