6 T cottonseed oil in deep fryer

1T butter melted

4Cups of milk

12 T standard breadcrumbs


get you thighs and legs

dredge toss chicken in milk and butter mixture
dip in dry mix now..

now throw in deep fryer.

serve with corn on cob broiled in oven with kosher salt and pepper on top and a dab of butter.

a side of steamed broccli with a hint of garlic is a good side.
