Lisa Simpson is not really that funny on the show.
I think Homer hates Ned because back in the day, Ned was tapping Marge. Homer, seeing Ned naked in the showers after gym class, saw Ned's big schlong and became jealous of him.

i agree, lisa isnt funny at all
homer hates ned because ned is always happy and in a good mood. he doesn't say a bad thing about anybody and is always so cheery. there was an episode about it, where ned went to an asylum after a hurricane destroyed his house |

Yeah...it never has been discussed, but you can always see Homer eyeing Ned's package, hating Ned for his schlong.
