Nah, those were just gifts I made. I live in Louisiana, there are a thousand people like me here. That, and my ex sold my stones between moves. I found out later when we broke up and I cleaned out my storage unit. He kinda sucks-***.

Etsy.com is a good site to check out if you ever do want to sell your work, also seems like a good place to get ideas as well. They have a community you may be interested in.

I used to make jewelry and sold it at a "Tea Room" that was owned by a friend.. I loved southwestern jewelry and started making lots of turquoise things.. I sold a turq. necklace and bracelet for $300.00. and I made a lot of mothers bracelets(with kids names on them).. They went oover well with the school teachers (my neighbor was one). I also do bead weaving and a little bit of loom weaving.

lol, I have actually been asked to make one! It a necklace made for a friend with a small chest, it drops down between the breasts for a sexy look you can't pull off with big boobs.

I design handcrafted magnetic therapy jewelry. I've been doing this for about 6 years now. I never considered myself an artist, but now I do. It's not only beautifully created, but also helps several with several health problems.
