Quick feel good pick-me-ups:
Do a make over. Get a new hair do. Go to a spa. Take a hot bubble bath with candles and a glass of wine. Get a massage. Give yourself a day off from responsibility. Let someone else take over. |

I have a dog who used to be a puppy, I laugh a lot, I have been writing poetry for 30 years, blues is my favorite genre, and dancing is a must!! Yes!!!

I always watch stand up comedies to cheer myself up....it works well. Also writing helps me a lot.

Last xmas I bought my nephew a drum and lots o' sweets were included in his gift....
A few hours after the gift was opened... Sweets consumed.... My nephew drummer boy raised the eyebrows of my brother... I finally got him back for all the noisey toys he gave my children.. Sure put a smile on my face.....
