Music gets me "over the hump" when I workout and although I have favorites, the nature (and length) of my playlist means that every day it's something new that gets me through.
Today it was Daft Punk "One More Time" that got me through that I-wanna-stop time... What did it for YOU today? |

One of my favorite ways to exercise now is taking a Zumba class. Full of music and dancing!

Today I took a "Free Ride" with Edgar Winter past a sign that said "Welcome to Paradise" (Green Day) and into "Sam's Town" where Killers were everywhere! Then they dumped me in a river full of (Heart) "Barracuda!" Yeah, I was trying to "Make it Mine" today, Jason (Mraz.)

I preferred to go the girlie route today...
I haven't kept up with her since this first album, but she's seems like a ballsy girl. Work out for health (that's the right focus, of course) but look out boys...fit girls also become "Headturners" and you'd better act or watch them walk...
