Just two simple questions.

1. Do Christian's believe in Ghosts?

2. If so, Religiously speaking, does anything support this when referring to the ideal of God, afterlife, etc? If not, are you denying the possibility ghosts 'could' exist?

I ask.

Because I think my lamp is now being haunted. :O

It' a plug in lamp.
It is also a 'touch' lamp. (Tap three times, and it's off. Tap to turn on, etc.)

Recently, it has been turning on and off by itself.
My cat was sniffing it then jumped and bolted from the room and almost now seems petrified to come back in. :O

Lastly, and what actually bugs me the most.

It's on right now...

...and it's not plugged in anymore. :O

NO, it does not run on batteries. :/

Biblically Ghost means Spirit. Not ghost as we have come to believe from the horror and B movies.

I believe it is possible for a spirit to get lost in the transition from body to rest.

I know if I get lost between the body and rest.......I'm gonna scare the heck outta someone before I go.......

Yes, I don't believe in ghosts as the souls of the dead. Biblically speaking, it's entirely possible for demons to masquerade as dead people.

I said it could be supported biblically, I didn't say I believed that actually happens.

I read about a ghost once. A researcher in a lab heard that there was a ghost in the building. Late one night, while he was working alone, he started seeing movement out of the corners of his eye. He did a through examination of the room he was in and found that an exhaust fan was vibrating at the same frequency as the jelly in his eye. Once they replaced that exhaust fan, the ghost was gone for good.

It is a very interesting situation you got there. Is it still on? Get pictures and witnesses so you can sell the story.
