I have roadrunner lite which claims to be broadband at 768kbps. Under the new definitions of broadband, I do not fit into the parameters: 1-4 mbps.

When does this new definition go into effect, or is it a rumor?

I would like to get as far away from TWC as possible and the designation will actually help me.

TWC has been my provider for a few years, during which time, I have caught them in many, many lies, about what service I could receive, and how. I made them refund me lots of dough. Im letting my landlord deal with them from now on...til the contract is up, at which time, see ya.
