Would you be trying to upload from an iPhone?

Mark's quote on picture file size:
"When it comes to uploading images to a Mingle2
account, the actual file size is almost
unlimited. The number of pixels in the image,
however, is limited to 10 million. In other
words, the product of width*length must
not exceed 10000000."

Hi there. Can you assist me in rotating my profile pics correctly? All of them are being uploaded sideways. Appreciate. I presume my photo size is too big taken from my phone. Did try to resize it, but phone doesn't allow me any adjusting functions I can Save.

Regards

Personally, I use irfanview.
It is freeware.
You download it, select ALL extensions
and you are done.
Each time you pull up a picture on your
computer it comes with a toolbar to edit
it and amongst the edit capabilities
is picture turning.

I am not sure if the most used picture
storing place, Photobucket, has this editing
feature.

No.
Are you trying to upload with an iPhone?
If so, it is not fully supported.
