1 can greenbeans
1can corn
1 can peas
1 can carrotts
1 pound beef

fry the hamburger dump all your veggies in it dont drain them and then use ketchep its really good you shuld try it

haha i made something like that one year for my roomates and they liked it i named it bull**** plus i added potatoes it wa s really good

actually you do drain the liguid out of veges and the greese out of hamberger and you dont use ketcup you use tomato sauce. and yes you can add in potatoes as i have. and again its called goolosh.. i used to make it all the time when my kids were little... that sounds good i should make some tomorrow nite

its all good but add a onion and a bell pepper to it as you cook the meat,then the veggies tomatoe sauce too or diced tomatoes,
