Topic: Easy Artichoke Dip

The basic recipe calls for:
1 14 ounce can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 C mayonnaise
1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp Tabasco
Bake at 325F for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
I amended the original recipe with the following and it was SUPER DELICIOUS!
1/2 bag fresh spinach chopped
generous black pepper
a generous dollop of minced garlic
substituted about 2 tsp of green Tabasco in lieu of the original
I served it with those new Triscuit Thin triangle crackers, but you can use pita, pita crisps, tortilla chips or any other cracker you like.
Leftovers (assuming you have any - I'd made a double batch for a party) make a delicious baking sauce for a chicken breast.
