that you want? It took me time to reflect on this, as in personality wise, not physical attractiveness. So when I meet someone I am looking for
A woman who is self confident. A woman who is the best she can be or working on getting there, either with my help or without it. A woman who can make decisions. Loyal, honest, smart, monogamous, confident. Nearly seems like I am asking too much personality wise...did I forget humor? So what is your desires personality wise in a partner? |

It's not so much what i want more than what it is that appeals to me when i see it in a personality. To list what i want/like is shutting my mind off to a personality that i have not had the pleasure or displeasure of interacting with before...
Keeping an open mind to various personalites is challenging but essential to my own growth. Not sure if that concept can be grasped without being misconstrued. |

I like the celebrity personality. Marilyn Monroe. Raquel Welch. Gina Lollobrigida, fifty years ago. Dolly Parton, forty years ago. Madonna, twenty years ago. The list goes on.
I am getting old, because if you guys kill me, I could not think of the name of any one of today's new stars that everyone would like to have as girlfriend. The youngest one was Natassia Skinskin, back in the eighties, but I don't know what she looks like, never did; I kept reading her name in a newspaper comic strip called "Bloom County", that's how I know of her. All I know is that Marilynn Streep has become a super, fine actress. Really, I give it to her, she is the best, along with that other English actor, whose name I momentarily forgot. Emma something. She played Emma in one of the Austen novel-made-movies. That Emma woman opens her mouth and I swoon, like I swoon when I hear that guy who sings that "Lova lova lova" song.

While there are things I like in general, the magic is in the "mix." Everyone brings different personality traits to the table. If the recipe works, it just does.

I usually know it when I encounter it. Too many differences in people to narrow it down.

There is no real answer to this, at least in my opinion. I've never went out with any man that had anything the same.
The teen years, are about looks, and the way they dress. The twenties, well they're pretty much the same as the teen years. The thirties, possible spouse. After that, well, I'm still single, but one thing is for certain, if you don't have a sense of humor, leave me out of your life. I don't have time for anyone's drama, and believe me, there are men with drama in their lives. I hope you find what you are looking for, good luck to you! |
