it really depends on the people and their beliefs... I lived with my ex... and I am oh so glad I did because I couldn't spend the rest of my life with him... I would go crazy!!!!!!!

I believe that it is really the only way that you can get to know someones habits(good or bad)...therefore it's extremely important if you are considering marriage.

sorry people..mine differs....
in my experiences...to move in with a woman..unless she is a fiance and you both know that you will be married...then sharing a place together beforehand can be very detrimental to the relationship..... TAKE IT FROM MEEEEE

The only problem with this theory is research has shown people who live together before they get married have a MUCH higher divorce rate than folks who don't. So much for "practice makes perfect"!
