I don't think love is blind, let's just say love is seriously myopic with an astigmatism, shall we? Reluctantly, I'm back in the pool and applying zinc oxide to my nose. I fear I may have been "ruined", but that remains to be seen.

Lessons I've learned: The best lessons learned are the hard ones. Women without pictures do NOT necessarily look like Sylvester Stallone. The terms "average" and "a few pounds overweight" are about as malleable as a marshmallow and need to have their own place on the Periodic Table of Elements! *Someone who claims they "don't like to play games" usually excels at "playing games". "Confidence" is EXTREMELY sexy and "cocky" can be intoxicating...being a total !@#$% (please insert explicitive "du jour here") is NOT a substitute for either...period...the end.

Divorced 6'1", 170l male. Tall and slim/athletic with sandy rust-red hair with blue eyes. I walk/jog/run on my treadmill for an hour every day and do lots of push-ups and pull-ups to stay in shape. I'm a music lover and musician (bass player by ear and some piano and guitar). I?m a pretty fair pool player, great cook, and an animal lover (but allergic to most cats). I like to have a few nice things but realize the worth of a dollar. I'm the occasional computer geek (hey, I'm doing this aren't I?) and I want to go back to school sometime to complete a/my degree. I would LOVE to play in a live band again. In lieu of playing music in front of a crowd, I opt to sing karaoke every now and then.

Looking for that one woman who will make my heart go "pitter-patter, what's-the-matter?" again! I'm looking for an intelligent, passionate, witty charmer. Someone who is slim/slender/athletic to average is a plus but not a necessity. However, if you can't be honest about your size/shape (and you folks know who you are), you're only fooling yourself. Able to hang with the guys in a bar but able to dress up for romantic outings. If you adore music and/or are a musician, this is a HUGE plus! Someone who is artistic or enjoys the arts (museums, concerts, etc...). Must enjoy children & playtime! (both kids & adult playtime). I have 2 boys ages 9 & 11 that I get once a week and alternating weekends. They are my life! Someone who is definitely feminine. I don't mind someone who's comfortable in jeans & t-shirts, but no "extreme" tomboys please! NOTE: There is a difference between a woman who is physically active and a tomboy... Someone who is not afraid of computers or technology. Someone who is affectionate but knows the boundaries of public decency! LOL! A team player! Adventurous when it comes to nearly anything...food, movies, willing to try new things. A morning person who is comfortable with their appearance.

Honesty, honesty & more honesty! This is paramount! Do you have a skeleton in the closet? Let me meet him before you decide it's better to keep it a secret! Lying by ommission, dissembling of truth, excuses, ever-changing stories...same dog, different fleas. It won't fly, don't do it...nuff said!

I'm a very tactile person. I never thought I was until I got divorced and met someone very special and found I like to hold hands, have my arm/arms around that special someone. I'm a kisser and a snuggler. If you like to be held while you're sleeping, get all "pretzled up" and "meld" via osmosis? I'm your guy. Well, enough of this, let me know what you think!
