The most important things in my life are family, love, and laughter. Family comes first. I care deeply and openly for those close to me. And wouldn't accept anything less from my partner. I want to be with a responsible "grown up" who will always make me smile. And more so, I want to be with someone who will love me AND my child.

I love a good book. Sorry, once I get started, it's hard to stop. It's a wonderful escape from my own troubles and day-to-day monotony. Sit me in a corner at my favorite coffee bar with a good cup of joe and my latest novel, you may never see me again. At times I can be quite loquacious. (Yes, I know. Typical for a woman.) But I also need my quiet time, especially, considering my very stressful occupation. Despite these extremes, I listen very well. I tend to be observant and very honest, which may get me into trouble.

I try to find time to balance home, work, and me. I'm new to the physical fitness world but kicking butt as I'm losing my own literal backside. Running is like friendly fire but I've been bit by the bug. ;)

I enjoy taking trips where learning is involved. But rarely will I take an extended vacation because I WILL get homesick. I was born and raised in a little town called Nashville. You may have heard of it. Now, I enjoy a quiet, yet fulfilling, life in the burbs. Relocation from the Nashville area is out of the question.

I'm old-fashioned when it comes to romance. I sort of hate the idea of finding someone online. So, take it easy on me. My number one goal is to have fun. Good, clean fun.
