<Update--I recently bought a property in Nashville TN, so I often divide my time between Nashville and Los Angeles.>
I'm a balanced mixture of left and right brains (bi-brainal?). I can be super analytical when that's called for. I can also be wildly creative, artistic, and intuitive. I have a masters degree in engineering and worked 9 years for Hughes Aircraft Company (literally, a "rocket scientist") but ultimately, I quit to return to my first love--music (which was basically how I earned my way through engineering school in the first place.) I am now a critically acclaimed singer, songwriter and recording artist--living and working in Los Angeles. My life and my Art are all about Connection--finding the tones, touching the chords in our heart that connect us all to one another. Music and laughter are, for me, both divine, and proof positive of the existence of God.

Some human virtues that I hold in high regard: integrity, courage, compassion, open-mindedness, a desire to somehow leave the world a better place.

I have strong libertarian tendencies. I believe in personal freedom and personal responsibility. I'm a social liberal, a fiscal conservative. I believe the polarization of this country must stop and those who try to perpetuate it should be roundly and soundly rebuked!

Now, about this woman I seek...There has to be some physical attraction--I want to feel some sparks flying! Physically, I'm often drawn to slender women with long hair (and legs!), but there have been some notable exceptions. The key is Femininity. It's hard to define exactly what that is. I just know that when I’m in the presence of it, it makes me feel more masculine! The gal I'm looking for understands that dynamic. She embraces her sexuality and recognizes her power as a woman, but uses it responsibly, not to control or manipulate, but for the highest good. She knows she's beautiful, inside and out, but not stuck up or pretentious about it. In fact, she's humble and grateful for all her blessings. She sees the humor in life and laughs easily, but can also take some things seriously. She's spirited, capable, and basically independent, but still not ashamed to admit that she does need a man in her life! (And I'll the first to admit, I sure need a woman in mine...)

Finally, be aware that I am hip to all the many false impersonations and damsel-in-distress scams that are run off of these sites. So if that's your game, don't waste your time. I'm not going to send you any money for your ticket back from West Africa or Romania or wherever else you're claiming to be stranded. If we do hit it off, I will expect you to prove via Skype or some other live
video medium that you are the woman you purport yourself to be.
