I'm tall, intelligent, easy-going, responsible and funny. But I'm also a bit of a bad-boy. Things that I enjoy include music (folk, Celtic, Latino, classical, and classic R&R), movies -- especially foreign and independent films -- theater, museums and reading. When the weather is pleasant I sometimes go for hikes or ride my bicycle. One thing I'd like to do more of is travel. I've visited Spain, Portugal, Germany, Greece and Italy in recent years and enjoyed exploring the different cultures. I'd like to continue exploring the entire Mediterranean area. Lately I've been considering becoming a snowbird, which would at least give me access to a warm climate when I need it most, if not the full Mediterranean experience.

While I enjoy intelligent conversation, I'm also a fun-loving guy with a slightly warped sense of humor, and I appreciate this same quality in others.

I'm hoping to meet a woman who enjoys intelligent conversation and whose interests extend beyond professional wrestling, NASCAR and Hollywood tabloids. I think that intellectual stimulation is every bit as vital to a good relationship as the physical aspect, and that a shared sense of humor is indispensable.
