Hi, My name is Jennifer. I'm here to meet new friends. Don't believe in love at first sight. Love is a decision, for those who thought they "couldn't help it" I believe ya can. (Or maybe I'm just jealous of the people who still get the zing-zings...mine broke a long time ago!) I think I've become more practical and less romantic. (Is that bad?) I'm not talking "Siberia" more like "Flint Michigan." Siberia will never be a productive, fun place to be. With a little work and some investments...Flint Michigan can be. I'd love to find someone I gel with...someone who makes me feel like there's no where else I'd rather be than in his presence, who makes me a better person. Someone with attributes I hope to glean, who "enhances" my life, and doesn't "complete" it!
That's alot of pressure on someone...to be the "completer" of my life? Assigning this enormous, almost supernatural task to a man only leads to disappointment.(and vise versa)
That's not to say I don't think Love is a powerful thing, make no mistake! Love inspired DaVinci to paint Mona Lisa's lips for 12 years! Love stops time, makes the warm sun rise upon us from the cold, dead of night! Love can keep us from eating or sleeping for days, ignited by the sheer explosive,all consuming drive it generates inside of us. Love has empowered men to climb mountains,swim seas,build the tallest structures and roam the ends of the earth in search of it. That's power, huh? Yet it seems to be so elusive?
