Hey there! I'm Jayme, 25 living in Jonesboro, Arkansas again.... I'm just lookin to see what happens, no expectations.
Okay... so a vague profile doesn't quite work for me...lol. I do have a few do's and don'ts for contacting me.
I first have to be very straight forward. I just recently left an abusive... physically and mentally... relationship. I'm not going back, so you can be sure that bridge is burned. I'm a little wounded from this one, since its the 3rd abusive relationship I've wound up in. I'm.. at the moment... just takin things veeeery slow and looking for JUST a friend.
I'll list the "don'ts" first since they're pretty obvious (to me anyway...lol)
Don't email me if your photo resembles one of the following:
~ So dark I can't see you
~ 5 years and 50lbs ago... I really don't care how much you weigh... just don't lie to me about it. I'd like to have a pretty recent idea of what you look like.
~ Has 50 other people in it where figuring out who you are is a chore. The pics on here are only so big, the more people in them the less likely I'll even be able to see you clearly.
~ Again... must be up to date... its almost 2009... if you obviously have on a "can't touch this" tshirt with a mullet like Billy Ray's... I'm not buyin that you still look like that. (if you do your chances with me are slim anyway...lol).
Don't be offended if:
I do read your email and it takes me a while to get back to you. I sometimes come online, read emails, then go about my day til later when I come back to answer them when I have more time. Its really nothing personal.
I say that you're too old for me. I'm not calling you gramps, I'm just saying you're older than I feel comfortable dating. You're probably really good looking for a 50+ y/o... but that doesn't make you under 40. The only over 40 man I crush on is Brad Pitt, who I highly doubt will be leaving Angelina for me anytime soon...lol... so don't hold your breath that you'll be the one to change my mind about older men. Nothing personal, just my preference.

Email me more than 3 times before I respond to the first one you send. I will email you back if I'm interested. I promise. If I'm not interested its not likely I'll write back, just being honest.
Even bother if you are on here with your profile saying "tired of being alone" or "oh so lonely". That is a reason to get a pet, not a girlfriend. You must be happy in yourself or you're just wasting our time. I don't want an "oh whoa is me" guy.
Email me with things like "why didn't you email me back?"... its winey.
Judge me based on my current employment status or lack thereof. Everyone has their own path, mine is just off kilter at the moment. I have worked and will work again. Sh!t happens. I do go to school, its not like I'm wasting my time.
Talk about sex unless or until we've spoken for a while first and its to that vibe yet... I don't want to see your wanker before I meet you. Period.
Tell me you're 5'10" when I'm looking you square in the eye. I'm only 5'6", I've measured myself numerous times because of how many men who've told me they're 5'8" to 5'10" and wound up looking me dead in the eye. Use a freakin tape measure! I don't require that you tower over me (though its nice...lol), but I never trust the height on a man's profile below 6'1". From that point they're at least 6'0" and don't need to lie. If you need a step stool to reach the top shelf of your cabinets.. you're probably not 6'0". Its OKAY, just be HONEST!
I'll tell you upfront that I don't drive. I never learned. I am not embarrassed about it but am tired of being made fun of for it so don't do that. Unless you plan to buy me a car and teach me how to drive its really no concern of your's. Not being rude, just sick of being judged over it.
