I just recently moved from Michigan to the Houston area - and having to get used to a new city and state is sometimes difficult. However, I'm coping quite well. I work as an executive assistant for a Software Corporation in the Houston area. I have four grown children - my oldest son lives in Houston, daughter in North Carolina, son in Chicago and the last son just graduated this past May from U of M Law School.

My life is pretty busy and I'm usually on the go, which includes making time for myself, family and friends. I consider myself a fun individual, as well as down to earth, open minded and easy to talk to. It means a lot to me when someone can be themselves and feel comfortable around me.

What attracts me most to men (aside from a great smile) is a good sense of humor, outgoing nature, good character and one who gets along with people without being fake. Personality is "everything"! Someone who has good family values is important as well. People I don't enjoy being around are arrogant, conceited, controlling, jealous, racist, judgmental or ill-tempered individuals.

I would like to meet an all round nice guy - no games. I think at this stage of our lives the games should be over and we should be very interested in a long-lasting relationship.
