First, a few things about my profile and what I'm looking for:
1. Separated is chosen because my divorce isn't final yet. It's been over a year and I won't lie and say I'm divorced when I'm not officially. Feel free to ask about it if you want.
2. I have drinking slected as "Occasionally" even though I'm not really a drinker. I was alcohol-free for over 20 years but I have gone to the bar a few times in the last year. Once or twice a month maybe.
3. Yes, I smoke. If you base your decision on that, I'm sorry, but then I guess you'll never get to know me.
4. Even though it says "Dating", I'm looking for a monogamous relationship, long-term being the goal. I need to get to know someone before I make that commitment.
5. I don't have an age restriction, or any restriction for that matter. I don't judge based on such trivial things. I only ask for maturity and honesty. Maturity is NOT defined by status, job, money, clothes, age, etc. Maturity is defined by thoughts and actions...
6. My screen name is simply a reflection of my attitude towards my age, not my real name.
7. I'm looking for someone honest and with good morals. Someone who's not afraid to speak the truth, even if they think it'll hurt.
8. I want someone who trusts and loves whole-heartedly or at least tries to.

What do I say? I'm shy but I can be warm, funny and entertaining once I loosen up. Sarcasm and wit are part of my daily life. I will always say what's on my mind, I don't believe in keeping things bottled up. I feel the need to help everyone, whether it be holding a door open, repairing appliances or even just lending them an ear. I'm true and loyal to those deserving, which is everyone UNTIL they give me reason to not be...

I have fun in everything I do as life is too short not to enjoy it. I am a big kid at heart and I'll never grow up, so please don't ask me to. I still play sports whenever I can, roller hockey being my preference. I play dolls or "vet" with my youngest daughter and video games or ball with my oldest. I also like to spend a relaxing day fishing, canoeing or even snuggling with a good video. (but it's hard to snuggle alone)
