I consider myself to be kind and friendly in most situations. I like to keep active and healthy. I exercise regularly and try to eat right. Now I also veg and eat junk from time to time, but I feel at this age it is important to try to keep my BMI on the lower end.
I enjoy hiking, camping. skiing, riding quads, I play some hockey, racquet ball, golf, swim etc.
