Hello.

Just a brief bit about me. I am 41 years of age and I have never been married. I was with the same man for 12 years, so that is kind of a marriage. That relationship ended about a year and a half ago. It did not end well and I have not even considered dating until now. I didn't think it would be good to subject some poor man to the after effects of that relationship. I thought the dating part of my life was over, but alas I was wrong.

I am really looking for someone who enjoys life, even just the simpliest things. Hanging out in the back yard with the dog, going on a hike or laying on the couch together watching a movie.

I love to cook and i miss doing it. It's no fun cooking for one.

I do not have any children, but I do love them. I spend as much time as I can with my niece and nephew, but they are pretty grown up now.

I love to laugh and I am a tad sarcastic. Maybe tad is not all together accurate.

I am a big reader, mostly fantasy and sci-fi. Yes I am a geek.
