Mouthing the words to favorite songs playing on my IPOD while at the gym or running along Peachtree Street; picking strawberries & blackberries at a local farm are a few healthy activities I get excited about.

Nevertheless, I gain a lot from living when I lead by example: like when my child unintentionally opened my car door into another vehicle, a note was placed on the windshield to call or when I am reminded of my commitment to go to Chuck E. Cheese even though my thoughts dictate otherwise. On the other hand, I value trust and savor when a mere acquaintance confides and freely shares a previously unrevealed personal experience with me like I have done with others.

I have enjoyed walking with an aborigine through his ancestral lands’ birthing area in Northern Australia and admired the spectacular coastline while driving down the PCH in Central California. However, I stay youthful by kidding around a lot along with enjoying simple pleasures, e.g., going down a waterslide multiple times in a row, having a snow cone after a day at the beach.
