Not to panic.... I don't need the good heart for transplant reasons. Mine works just fine.
I own an iron and know how to use it (well, at least I read the manual, so it's theory at this point).
Actually, I'm so proud of my ironing skills that I once joined an Iron-man competition. I think I was the only one there with a Rowenta. But when I saw that the other contestants looked to be on steroids, I knew I didn't have a chance. So I'm no longer in competitive ironing.
I'm at home in the kitchen and love to cook for anyone who eats. I enjoy intellectual bantering and a great sense of humor. I'm extremely dedicated to work (or maybe that's dedicated to receiving paychecks), to my kids or to a special someone in my life. As I get older, all my senses seem to grow duller with the exception of my two favorite. My common sense and my sense of humor are as sharp as ever.
I don't need a second mother. My first one is alive and well and living a safe distance away (thanks for asking because she's always asking about all of you, sheesh!). I'm looking for someone to feed into my imagination and will fuel my silly outlook on life (a great sense of humor). Someone who also knows what a kitchen does and is willing to help (more so than to lick the spoon... my cat can do that).
Oh! And I do learn from the past, About the cat... He doesn't plan on dying any time soon. So if you're afraid of cats or allergic (or your Great Dane eats them for mid-day snacks), I may not be your idea of that special someone.
If you are a mountain climber or sky diver, I'll have dinner ready when you get home, but I probably won't be joining you.
And please don't make me watch sports on TV... it's not anything I'm interested in.... but I can read a book while you watch. I have tried bringing a book to a Cowboy's game, but the crowd was inconsiderate and was way too loud for me to concentrate. For this reason, if I'm going to subject myself to sports it'll be where there's a volume control.
