Hitting my 50’s & becoming an empty nester has been liberating & cathartic. These two milestones reshaped my passion for life, which I'd gladly share with someone as special, fun loving & adventurous as me. Things aren't always perfect so it's not about the "roller coaster" but how you ride & manage it.
I raised my daughter myself. We are very close. She's in college so I can happily transition from the daily obligations of motherhood to exploring my newfound freedom & just how fabulous my 50's can be. I feel like I'm 20 (ok, 30) with the wisdom of a half a century.
I practice Ob/Gyn. I'm extremely independent, I know who I am. I think with both sides of my brain. I 'm creative & intelligent. I can think outside the box or right smack in the middle of it.
I like sheepish smiles people make when they appreciate life's ironies. A sly sense of humor, an eye for life's absurdities. I love to laugh, break into song, traveling the world (TOP PRIORITY), learning new things. I strive for PEACE (of mind, heart, soul & in the world). Politically, I stand against everything bush stands for.
I love music & photography. I've worked as a photojournalist in the music industry. I've shot untold numbers of musicians & have been published in many magazines.
I seek a mature MAN, experienced in life, who knows what's really important, secure within himself, has attained financial success & yet is down to earth, NOT affected by status. I can dress up but I am a jeans & tee shirt baby no matter how much money we may have.
