This man that I wish to have with me would be my best friend in the whole world. Yes there would be differences, individuality makes this a must, but we would have a lot to share that was important to us both.
I want to be able to spend time apart and be alright with that knowing in my heart of hearts that things will be right as rain when we are together again.
I also want to spend all kinds of time with him and never get bored with him or tired of seeing him. I'm not saying that there won't be moments (long and short) or tension where we would need space but... I think you know what I mean?
I'm not asking for perfection as I don't believe that is possible.
I don't care anything about material possessions either. Some of the happiest times in my life were when I was living on the streets. I know how to enjoy my life and the little things make me happy as all get out.
It's not about bringing me a dozen roses it's about that fact that he thought enough of me to stop in the neighbor's yard on the way in to steal me that one daisy.
I love to have intelligent conversations and sometimes not so intelligent ones but I also know listening is just as important and showing that you were listening and understood is key.
I know I'm dreaming but it is my dream and I'm allowed! ;)

4-1-2009 I went to Camp Pendelton this weekend and was given a guided tour by my brother's best friend that was stationed there with him. WHAT A DAY!!!
I posted some new pics of our day and am here to show my support for the 2/4 and 2/5!!
