I'm generally a very happy guy. I enjoy my life, have a variety of interests, and outside of business, am considered very patient. I exercise 4-5 times per week min and do so to enjoy the benefits of great health. It's work. For what it's worth, my workout consists of 1-hour of cardio (Stairmaster usually), 15-30-minutes of weights, 15 minutes of steam, grab a shower and out the door. I've been going to the same gym for thirty years and just there to get a workout and leave. I often go at 5pm and out by 7:30pm. Enough about the gym. In terms of pics the one taken with the I-Phone was Dec 2010.

I'm not someone that needs to plan everything ahead by any stretch, adjust easily to new ideas, but do like to plan vacations ahead. Done several Cruises, last one was two-weeks to Alaska. Would love to do that with Banff-Calgary next time. Very cool. My favorite city is NYC, and been there many times, usually spend a long weekend there a few times a year. I'm from New England originally, moved here from Boston area just in time for Agnes Flood. I was an Army Intelligence Officer based in Boston. I enjoy getting out and away. Love moving Mach 2 with hair on fire as much as sleeping in or vegging out and doing nothing with my SO. Correction on the “nothing”. Like to do lots of things with my Partner; needs to be someone I’d always at least “rather” be with. I’m a touchy feely kind of guy. If you’re in reach I’ve probably got a hand on you from time to time. If you’re with me people will know how I feel about you if we are the “match”. Warm, sweet, smart (smarter than me is ok – good luck with that … well guess I was counting smart-ass as well), sassy, sensuous, secure, sense of humor and not looking at every conversation as a competition. Please come with the “happy gene” already installed.
