I've lived on Oahu for about seven years and don't get out nearly as much as I should. I stay busy at work, but mostly squander my free time in front of the computer or TV. I'm active; I work out regularly, paddle (or will again when regatta season comes around), finally bought my own board to surf, and so on. I don't feel active enough, though. I want to find an activity partner (maybe more; who knows?) with free time on the weekends. I'm very interested in history and the arts, but also enjoy outdoor sports. I'm really up for anything that will get me out of my apartment but I hate going alone. I want someone that's athletic or strives to be, that can appreciate an afternoon at the museum, and that wants some intelligent interaction. It may sound like I'm asking for a lot, but I'm not asking for anything I myself can't offer. I'd like someone around the same age (+/- ~5 years), as I've found pop culture experience to be a great medium when you share it and a huge barrier when you don't.
