Companionship is what I am seeking, then... if we happen to be a match... who knows?

In September 2005, I became a widow after over 33 wonderful years of marriage. I miss the sharing of thoughts, conversation, someone to be there, honesty, love, and all the other things that go into making a marriage right.

Under the circumstances, I think my kids are pretty amazing. We had "yours, mine, and ours" children and they still act like they were all brought up together.

Honesty is one of the things I value most, both in myself and in others. It is a necessary ingredient in any successful relationship.

My style is rather casual, although I can get dressed to the nines if I need to. However, I much prefer jeans and t-shirts.

Most of the time, I am a very busy lady. I am a retired information system manager, but now I work part time... but that is a whole 'nuther story.

Currently, I am an officer in the local Elks Lodge, and I am very active in that organization. It is a wonderful, philanthropic American entity which does great things for youth, veterans, needy, community, and much more. Yes, women can be members since 1994.

Other things I like to do include: Computering, dancing, RVing, photography, miniature golf, go-carts, movies, staying home and watching TV, auto and aircraft shows, sitting in my gazebo and having coffee in the morning, and many, many more. I guess I am pretty versatile and will try most recreational things that do not include airplanes or motorcycles.
