A little about me...

The first thing people usually notice about me is my laugh. The second thing is my smile.
I'm tall, slim, long legs, with deep blue eyes, and Im totally rockin the gray hair.
I'm one of those creative types - I like making stuff. I like cooking, baking, knitting, drawing...
My interests - TED, Pechakucha, whales, eagles, riding my bicycle, photographing graffiti, traveling (especially to places with turquoise seas and palm trees), making sourdough bread, exploring my city (and maybe yours!) on foot, reading. I love music - Blackalicious, De la Soul, Souls of Mischief, Marvin Gaye, Michael Franti, Lee Scratch Perry, Motown, blues... I often sing along!
My fashion sense? Casual - jeans and t-shirts, sensible (but funky!) footwear. No heels or little black dresses in my closet, fellas.
I like being outdoors, but within sight of a flush toilet. (Ok, an outhouse...a few bushes...)
I love water... being in it or on it.

About the one I'm looking for...

I value honesty, integrity and loyalty. Translation - no players, please.
You should be happily employed in a career/profession or own your own business, financially stable, generally healthy/fit, not domestically challenged. Bright, articulate, talkative, funny, informed, curious.
Im looking for someone who has interests, hobbies, and passions.
I'm shy and a bit of a perfectionist - the latter can make me 'difficult' at times - I need someone who can tease me about this character 'flaw' rather than get their knickers in a twist over it.
I'm a bit reserved until I get to know people a bit, but if there's a connection, I'll give it 100%.
