A little about myself…
I am a very hard working dedicated person and I live life to its fullest. I laugh often and am very optimistic. I spend my days fixing and building guitars.
In my free time I spend lots of time with my children, play the guitar in a classic rock band, exercise rarely, ride around on the pontoon at the lake cabin in the summers, and stay close to home in the winters. I always try to keep busy doing something.
I enjoy helping others more than anything else. I would put everything I'm doing on hold if someone I know needed help with anything at all.
I love to travel (long road trips across country is my fav) and while my immediate family all live miles away, I visit them as often as possible. I am incredibly honest and trustworthy. I would expect my match to have the same qualities. That is extremely important.
I have a great, maybe sarcastic, sense of humor (some would say disturbing). My humor is along the lines of Simpsons, Reno 911, Chevy Chase, Naked Gun, Seinfeld, stuff like that.
The wise person looks for not just what is on the outside but more importantly what the other person has to offer as well, such as sense of humor, intelligence, common interests, moral beliefs, warmth, tolerance, and other things that make ANY relationship, no matter what people look like outwardly, the kind of relationships that have real depth and quality to them and which have the best chance of lasting over the long term. "Good looks" and physical appearance change and fade over time. A person's true character and personality and traits rarely do. If you can find someone whose "insides" are very attractive to you, chances are you will still be attracted to them physically, even if they are not the poster girl or boy for a fashion magazine.
