Alternative but professional guy looking for someone a little different. Mildly hippy tendencies at times, mixed with years as a IT Director for a multinational. Love nature, being out in the woods, starry nights, but am equally at home designing fibreoptic networks, managing a crisis, and running teams. I am a bit of a contradiction, but my lifes ambition is to be an eccentric old man when Im 80 so its a good start!

I have a 4 year old daughter who lives with me half the time, and generally adore children. If you live near Ipswich you may have seen me - im the dad in the soft play area bouncing on the bouncy castle, being the Big Bad Wolf to a pack of laughing kids and generally acting half my age. I really pity the dads who just sit there looking bored, they just don't know what theyre missing!

Im very creative, but my enthusiasm exceeds my skill. Thus Im a tolerable guitarist, am learning piano, can play african drum and make a dijeredoo make the right noise. I can draw badly, used to sing in a band, but am at my best when designing abstract things or problem solving.

I think the best thing to say about me is Im really unlikely to be like anyone else you know :) That may be good or bad, but generally I get on well with prety much anybody (caveats exist), and am a very giving person. Possibly a bit too much, but with the right person who is the same thats a balance that is altogether positive.

Oh did I mention Im an experienced elephant rider, having trained for a while in Thailand? Despite my only neighbour being a horse riding school, ive ridden more elephants than horses. Thats fairly typical of my life :)
