About BULEVIT
I live with my kids in a gated community in Palmdale, CA. My son Christian (16) and my daughter Kelly (13) are talented and well-behaved. We have two golden retrievers (Lady and Champ), two snakes (Cleo and Scooter), and a guinea pig we call "Cocoa".
We like to keep our home neat and organized, but we also love to entertain family and friends. We enjoy the peaceful and loving atmosphere within our family fortress.
I am the oldest of 3 brothers, and we were raised with love by educated parents. We were taught about values early on, and that respect is more important than power or money. My parents never allowed us to say “I can’t”, so we grew up thinking we could do just about anything! We all graduated from UCLA and are high-achievers.
I spent 5 years receiving a great education – a Magna Cum Laude degree in Sociology with Phi Beta Kappa honors attached – my concentrations in the major were Race and Ethnicity, Social Stratification, and Urbanization Processes, with an emphasis on the Social Structures of the Vietnam War. I did not realize until later that it was the perfect preparation for a career in real estate.
I am still passionate about my profession as a real estate broker after 21 years. I am very well paid for my expertise in this field, but I am anything but obsessed with money. I look at money as a means, not an end. I believe in taking time out to enjoy the fun things in life: my kids, golfing, fishing, any beach, movies, dining out, vacations, walks in the park, BBQs, parties – I like to have a good time!
I have a very nice office, but I prefer to work out of my home as much as possible. I enjoy my privacy and relative anonymity – my schedule is flexible enough to allow for travel and lots of quality time. My favorite place on Earth is our beach villa in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico - I ditch my mobile phone - and time there is simply irrelevant.
I am somewhat conservative and traditional in nature. I have a positive and upbeat attitude most of the time. I rarely discuss religion (or politics). I always try to be respectful and tolerant of others. I am very slow to anger, and I would much rather walk away than fight. I studied Kung Fu San Soo under Master Fred Mead, and he taught me that “Nice is Good”…
I am thick-skinned, but I have feelings, too – I will get little tears in the corners of my eyes if I watch Brian’s Song. I think I got that from my grandfather, who was as rough and tough as they come, but he had a sensitive side to him. He lived his life with passion and zest and zeal - and he was emotionally shameless.
I do not have that many friends – the friends I do have are rock solid. I would rate myself as a loyal and true friend. I am not a “mean person”. I try to give others the benefit of the doubt. I trust people unless they prove to be untrustworthy. I believe those who know me well would say I am a very generous man. I derive more joy from giving than receiving.
I am not looking for a woman to “take care of me”. I am very comfortable and secure… relaxed and self-motivated. I can be competitive - I like to set goals and accomplish them in a timely fashion. I am not into “the games people play”, and I am not looking for a “one-night stand”. I am open-minded with respect to age and ethnicity.
What I am hoping is that there is a woman out there somewhere who reads this and feels a strong connection with me. I would like to be friends first. If we enjoy each other’s company, it may evolve into a life-long relationship based on honesty, trust and mutual respect. I am a good guy with old-fashioned values and good intentions.
If you can identify one of the following movie quotes, we will probably get along really well:
"Dyin' ain't much of a livin', Boy"
"He reminds me of me - now I know I hate him"
"It's only after we've lost everything that we're free to do anything"
If you know all 3 without looking them up, we just might be soulmates...
Thank you for taking the time to read about me – I look forward to hearing about you!
